A. At this time, we do not offer grooming services.
Q. How do I get my dog started at FPI?
A. To start the enrollment process, please visit our website and fill out the Meet & Greet form. A team member will then be in touch to set a date and time to meet, followed by booking an evaluation day.
Q. How does a Meet & Greet work?
A. All Meet & Greets take place in the clients home and take no more than 30 minutes. This helps us get an clear understanding of the dog’s temperament
Q. How many times should I send my dog to Daycamp?
A. You can send your dog to camp as many times as you feel necessary. Some dogs need more activity and mental stimulation resulting in more camp days, but all dogs thrive and deserve to be in a pack. The more socialization, the happier the dog!
Q. Can I send my puppy to Camp?
A. Yes! The puppy phase is a perfect time to get them feeling comfortable and confident in different environments along with learning how to properly socialize. To get started, fill out our Meet & Greet form.
Q. Do you offer training?
A. Yes. All training is customized based on your needs and your dog’s breed, temperament, and personality. We work with the human and the pet to optimize the most effective results. To get started, please fill out our Meet & Greet form
Q. Do you do last minute requests?
A. Only active members can request last minute service. If you are new to our services, you must schedule a Meet & Greet before booking a service.
Q. What is an active member?
A. Active members are clients who consistently come to camp or use our services more than once every 3 weeks. This helps us ensure proper behavior and manners are being reinforced, resulting in a calm and respectful pack.
Q. Do you do Zoom training classes?
A. Yes! Please visit our training page to read more about which service serves you and your dog best and then fill out a Meet & Greet form. We will be in touch to discuss further.
Q. Do you have breed restrictions?
A. Not at all. All breeds and all sizes are welcomed.
Q. My dog is not spayed or neutered, can my dog attend FPI?
A. We do not accept unaltered dogs. No Exceptions.
Q. Does my dog need to be vaccinated in order to attend camp?
A. All dogs who come to camp must be up to date on all vaccinations including bordetella, distemper, lepto and rabies, no exceptions. Flea & tick/heartworm preventative is also required due to our frequent trips to state parks. Prior to attending your first day at FPI, we request vet records to ensure all requirements are met.
